The problem

Start with the real problem.

A fitness product becomes useful when it can turn a user's goals into an experience that feels relevant. Training and diet cannot be treated as disconnected features if the product is meant to guide a person's overall journey.

Personalisation is not just a feature; it has to shape the journey the user experiences throughout the product.
My approach

Understand first. Then design.

I led the product from start to end, shaping the experience around personalised training and diet. The work connected the product concept, user journeys and interface into one coherent experience.

Process

From problem to solution.

01

Understand user goals and the product proposition.

02

Define the personalised experience and key journeys.

03

Design the mobile UX/UI and interaction model.

04

Collaborate across implementation, QA and delivery.

The solution

Design that supports the outcome.

REACH Fitness brought personalised training and diet into a single mobile product. I worked across the product definition, UX/UI and technical delivery process to turn the concept into a usable digital experience.

My role

More than the interface.

I approach product work across business, users and technology. Depending on the engagement, that means requirements, process analysis, product architecture, user flows, UX research, UI, design systems, accessibility, technical collaboration, QA and deployment support.
