End-to-End Learning Management System
Turning disconnected manual processes into one connected cloud-based learning platform.
Start with the real problem.
The organisation was relying heavily on manual work and its departments were not digitally connected. Information existed across different areas of the organisation, making the overall process difficult to manage as a unified system.
Understand first. Then design.
I gathered information from different departments, understood how the organisation actually operated, consolidated the requirements and translated them into a single product direction. The focus was on solving the organisational problem first, rather than starting with a collection of screens.
From problem to solution.
Gather information and requirements from departments.
Map existing manual processes and define the digital solution.
Shape product architecture, flows and UX/UI.
Work across development, QA and deployment to launch the system.
Design that supports the outcome.
I led the product from idea through deployment, shaping a cloud-based Learning Management System that connected the required workflows into one digital solution. My involvement covered requirements, business/process analysis, product architecture, UX/UI, technical discussions, development, QA and deployment.
What the product made possible.
More than the interface.
I approach product work across business, users and technology. Depending on the engagement, that means requirements, process analysis, product architecture, user flows, UX research, UI, design systems, accessibility, technical collaboration, QA and deployment support.
